The widget remembers the conversation and open state during normal navigation, but a login, logout, or account change starts closed with a clean conversation.

Sign in to the example

The CSV stores password hashes. Authentication is deliberately small so the Guanta integration remains easy to inspect.

Public demo credentials are prefilled for convenience.

Try conversation continuity

  1. Log in and ask the widget to remember a short phrase.
  2. Navigate to Account or Orders with a normal full-page link.
  3. Confirm the widget reopens automatically with the earlier phrase.
  4. Log out, log in again, and verify it starts closed with no earlier conversation.
